Our client, a global IT services provider was looking for a local IT professional services and managed services firm whom they could partner with in servicing one of their global managed services client who was starting oil and gas exploration operations in East Africa.

The Oil and Gas firm had an immediate need for on-demand highly skilled IT computer systems, Wireless and Wired networks and voice and video communication technology engineers who could hit the ground running with zero supervision and with no time for no time for the rigorous hiring processes. The client needed guaranteed availability of specific ICT skills as their operations expanded and intensified. The client needed flexibility in that the skills requirements could be seasonal such that some skills could be required in some months while some months everything could be in autopilot

The global IT services firm selected Onelife Consultants Ltd as their local partner given our capabilities in professional services and proceeded to sign a managed services contract with client providing the required number of highly skilled engineers at any given time of the year. As operations expanded, the client now solely relies on Onelife Consultants Ltd. to provide field and office IT support engineers and as such run all regional IT operations for the client.
